Job Description

Recruits, screens, and interviews internal/external applicants to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill job vacancies. Coordinates all employment functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Some overtime and call back is required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains clear and effective communication with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to attract qualified and competent candidates who can deliver high-quality healthcare.
  • Conducts thorough interviews and screenings to identify the best-qualified candidates for career opportunities within the company.
  • Works closely with Department/Service Line leadership to outline specific hiring needs and develop strong working relationships with managers.
  • Evaluates career fields and trends in applicable markets to develop effective recruitment strategies and compiles statistical data to maximize recruiting efforts.
  • Provides one-on-one counseling to external candidates, helping them understand job/career requirements and guiding them through the application process.
  • Works closely with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand, promoting it through various channels to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Experience Minimum Required

  • 3 years related experience.

Preferred/Desired

Education Minimum Required

  • Baccalaureate degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred/Desired

  • Master's degree in human resources or a related field.

Training Minimum Required

Special Skills Minimum Required

  • Advanced level computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Applicant Tracking Software experience.
