Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in Brazil.
This role is part of a specialized global recruitment team supporting U.S. law firms with exceptional remote legal talent.
You will contribute across talent sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate profiling, with the opportunity to specialize according to your strongest skills.
The position combines proactive recruitment, structured evaluation, candidate intelligence, and close collaboration with operations.
You will work with talent across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other international markets.
Quality, sound judgment, and long-term candidate success are prioritized over simply filling positions quickly.
The environment is fully remote, technology-enabled, and fast-moving, with AI and recruiting platforms integrated into everyday workflows.
It is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on candidates' careers while helping build high-quality recruitment systems at scale.
Accountabilities
- Source and attract qualified talent across LATAM, the Philippines, South Africa, and other international markets through proactive recruitment strategies.
- Build candidate pipelines, recruitment campaigns, and employer-brand touchpoints according to your specialist track.
- Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews, evaluating communication, judgment, critical thinking, ownership, urgency, and overall fit.
- Document candidate assessments clearly and provide evidence-based recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Use AI tools, ATS platforms, and recruiting technology as an integral part of daily sourcing, screening, outreach, and evaluation workflows.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment momentum, organization, and quality standards.
- Partner with Operations to ensure candidates are selected not only for immediate placement but also for long-term performance and retention.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, screening frameworks, candidate profiling methods, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and continuously updated candidate pipelines.
- Protect the quality of the client experience by ensuring only strong, well-evaluated candidates are presented.
- Progress toward clear performance expectations, becoming increasingly autonomous and contributing to calibration and process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, agency, or high-volume recruitment environments.
- Demonstrated proactive sourcing experience, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive candidate outreach, and pipeline development.
- Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and the ability to make fast, objective, evidence-based candidate decisions.
- Experience recruiting across international talent markets; exposure to LATAM, the Philippines, and/or South Africa is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, and other recruitment technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, or outreach automation.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Availability to consistently work U.S. Pacific Time hours.
- Ability to operate autonomously, learn processes quickly, and make sound decisions without extensive supervision.
- Legal-sector recruiting experience is a strong plus but is not mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment where quality, productivity, and recruitment outcomes are clearly measured.
Benefits
- Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
- Competitive base salary.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Anniversary loyalty bonuses.
- Company-sponsored health insurance.
- Generous paid time off, increasing with tenure up to 30 days per year.
- Birthday paid time off.
- 7 U.S. paid holidays.
- 5 paid sick days per year.
- Bereavement leave.
- Additional unpaid personal leave when needed.
- Home office stipend for equipment and workspace improvements.
- Computer replacement stipend.
- Monthly internet allowance that increases with tenure.
- Professional development and training programs.
- Education support opportunities for high performers.
- Collaborative and supportive international team culture.
- High-visibility role with direct impact on candidates and clients.
- Clear opportunities for career progression and internal promotion.
- Fully remote hiring process, with initial stages completed asynchronously and without scheduling pressure.
