This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and shape hiring across critical business functions, with a particular focus on People and Finance roles.
You will own recruitment searches end to end, from developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines to candidate engagement and offer execution.
The position combines proactive sourcing, market intelligence, stakeholder partnership, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define search strategies and translate talent-market insights into effective hiring decisions.
Using advanced sourcing tools and research techniques, you will identify and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
The role is well suited to a recruiter who is commercially aware, highly organized, and confident managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.

Accountabilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas, from search strategy and sourcing through interviews, candidate engagement, and offer execution.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to clarify role requirements, define target candidate profiles, establish search strategies, and align on hiring priorities.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified talent using advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting CRM and ATS platforms, referrals, professional networks, and targeted market research.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach and thoughtful engagement with both active and passive candidates.
- Deliver a high-touch and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of talent markets, industry trends, competitor organizations, and hiring dynamics to inform recruiting strategies.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, recruiting activity, and process documentation across relevant recruiting systems and workflows.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, recruiting processes, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally gained within a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruitment consultancy.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM and ATS platforms, referrals, professional networks, and market research.
- Strong understanding of the technology talent landscape, including the ability to identify relevant talent pools, competitor organizations, and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple searches and translating business requirements into effective candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining responsiveness and quality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong process discipline and a commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data.
- Strong market-research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn talent-market information into practical recruiting recommendations.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of searches and drive recruitment processes forward.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
