We are currently seeking a candidate for a Division Recruiter to work at our office in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate for this role must be enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, as well as have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence. This position serves as the primary recruiting partner for the division, supporting workforce planning initiatives, full-cycle recruiting, and strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting, Human Resources, or related experience.
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for production, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
Working knowledge of employment law, recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and workforce planning.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Oracle Human Capital Management experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, and community partners.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Driver’s License required.
Ability to travel throughout the division, including overnight travel as business needs require.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and labor market trends.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
Pass pre-employment drug screen.
