At Nordic, our approach to compensation is built on a consistent global job architecture that defines roles based on the work performed, not titles or legacy structures. This foundation enables us to apply pay practices that are transparent, equitable, and aligned to the external market. Individual pay is determined based on job scope, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and sustained performance in role. As part of our alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we will continue to enhance transparency, strengthen governance, and take action where needed to reduce unjustified pay differences over time.
Nordic is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital or veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
