The Talent team is the hub for applicants to a wide variety of roles across Nordic. Talent Partners source to build candidate pipelines, evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for Nordic, and build and maintain strong candidate relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Partner will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the continued growth of Nordic talent pipelines. Design and implement tools and strategies to build strong candidate relationships.
  • Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Employer Branding Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience. Partner with Marketing Team on recruitment marketing projects.
  • Data-Driven Approach Maintaining ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained. Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies. Actively shares expertise and insights to enhance team capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Collaborating with internal partners and hiring managers to determine the best candidates for openings.
  • “Make It About We”: Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process which requires strong attention to detail
  • Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Additional Details

  • Occasional travel up to 10% of the time

Compensation Range: 64,000 -108,000 EUR

Individual pay is determined based on job scope, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and sustained performance in role.
