A day in the life:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding for frontline field positions. This role will partner closely with operations and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure new employees complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements.

The position requires fluency in English and Spanish and an onsite presence four days per week.

What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and field positions.
  • Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, hiring events, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate hiring updates to candidates and managers.
  • Prepare and extend job offers.
  • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
  • Assist candidates with applications, employment documents, and electronic onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Participate in onsite hiring events, new account start-ups, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting for frontline, hourly, or field-based positions.
  • Previous experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system; iCIMS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with candidates who may need additional assistance completing online applications and onboarding requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000

Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
