We are looking for a Recruiter who will help us find the best match between great candidates and our hiring teams as we enter our next phase of growth.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment process, managing hiring activities from intake to offer while maintaining a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement and candidate experience. Working closely with our Recruitment Lead and hiring managers, you will make sure recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently and with a high level of quality across the business.
We are looking for someone who has already built a solid foundation in recruitment, preferably in an in-house environment, and is ready to independently manage recruitment processes while continuing to grow professionally. Someone who enjoys finding and engaging candidates, having meaningful screening conversations, partnering with hiring managers, and creating a positive hiring experience for every candidate.
With ambitious growth plans and international expansion ahead, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities shift, processes continue to mature, and every week brings new opportunities and challenges.
What you will do:
Source, approach and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, databases, networks and other channels, while building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
Run initial screening calls to understand candidates’ experience, motivation and expectations.
Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from intake to offer stage, taking ownership of day-to-day execution while partnering with the Recruitment Lead on hiring strategy and more complex or senior positions.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and keep recruitment processes moving.
Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles and process expectations.
Provide clear candidate recommendations and hiring insights to hiring managers and the Recruitment Lead to support effective hiring decisions.
Prepare and continuously improve job descriptions, sourcing lists, outreach messages and candidate communication templates.
Keep the ATS and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
Make sure candidates receive clear, timely and professional communication throughout the process.
Contribute ideas on how we can improve sourcing, candidate experience and recruitment coordination.
The opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of an international scale-up with a meaningful mission.
A role where your work has a visible impact on the candidate experience and the success of our hiring teams.
A collaborative and supportive environment where you will work closely with hiring managers across the business.
Ownership and responsibility from day one, with room to improve recruitment processes and build strong talent pipelines.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably experience in an in-house recruitment environment.
Relevant HBO education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
Preferably experience in a scale-up, fast-growing or changing business environment.
Hands-on sourcing and screening experience, including finding, approaching and assessing candidates.
Good understanding of a structured recruitment process, from intake to offer stage.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, recruitment databases or other sourcing tools.
Strong communication skills with candidates and internal teams, with a clear focus on candidate experience.
Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing candidates, process steps and recruitment data.
Please note that we can only consider candidates who are currently residing in the Netherlands and already have the legal right to work here without requiring visa sponsorship or a work permit.
