Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organization's staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or industry-specific environment (Healthcare).
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships
  • Background check - under required regulations, the applicant must be able to pass AHCA background check.

Compensation: Based salary posted on this post, PLUS commission!!! You can earn up to $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and credentialing to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment events and efforts.
