The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting toptalent.This role requiressearch forpotential candidates, attend job fairs, career events, and partner with local organizations to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Therecruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that staffing needs are met and will act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person andvirtualinterviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job openings.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
Source candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, community outreach, and local schools/universities.
Develop relationships with local staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct interviews in person or via video/phone as required.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support in the interview process.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Track recruiting metrics, such as the number of interviews conducted, offers extended, and time-to-fill for open positions.
Provide feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Handle job offers, background checks, and other pre-employment activities as necessary.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to attend evening or weekend events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on field or in-person recruitment.
Experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, and relationship building is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
