You will act as a business partner to all facets of Human Resources (HR) and the Company, ensuring that things are done right with fun and integrity.

  • Job location: Calgary, Alberta
  • Shift schedule: 5 x2,8-hour shifts (Monday- Friday)
  • Safety sensitive position: No

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations
  • Work with hiring managers to develop and implement strategies aligned with workforce plan and budget
  • Build strong relationships with internal management teams to gain a thorough understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Manage shortlisted candidates through the application process, ensuring timely communication and a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Ensure all recruitment procedures, policies, tools and documents are being consistently maintained and utilized
  • Coordinate and support structured interview processes and update records in the internal database

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of high volume full-cycle recruitment experience required
  • Diploma or degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology is preferred
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills
  • Experience recruiting engineers, technical specialists, field/trades personnel and/or professionals in multiple disciplines
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of behavioral based interviews (in-person, phone, video, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
