Job Description

Job Duties

  • Execute full lifecycle recruiting: recruit, screen and recommend placement of new team members by using creative sourcing methods
  • Follow and maintain best practice for sourcing, interviewing, tracking and hiring desired talent while leveraging cost-effective staffing sources
  • Generate and qualify candidate pool for upcoming and currently open positions
  • Continue to source until adequate candidate has been identified and offer/acceptance has been made
  • Develop relationship with Hiring Managers and Resource Planning to gain thorough understanding of their Business Unit; supporting the ability to recruit for and fill positions in a more efficient manner
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status

Accountabilities

  • Recruiting: Executing best practices for identifying, screening, interviewing, tracking and hiring desired talent; Ensuring that staffing requests receive proper approval and are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Professional Effectiveness & Teamwork: Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members to ensure success of department
  • Support and meet recruiting measures and targets

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience working for a business, not staffing firm
  • Experience recruiting for 12-15 unique roles at any given time
  • Previous experience doing college recruiting, local to Hyderabad
  • Clear and proven ability to cold call; ability to formulate professional written/email communication to attract potential candidates
  • Experience with known job boards and social media sites
  • Experience with search strings and Boolean searches
  • Strong time-management skills in order to multi-task and complete multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Quick learner, independent and resourceful
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strategic thinker and team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting within the oil/gas, chemical, petrochemical, water industries
  • High volume staffing experience

Equipment and Software Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced ability

Tools and PPE Requirements

  • Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and telephone.
