As a Cielo Recruiter supporting our GE Vernova account, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, focused on production (blue-collar) hiring. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will partner closely with hiring managers while driving efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Location: Singapore
• Work Setup: Hybrid – ~2 days onsite per week in Jurong (Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of onsite and remote work, depending on business requirements)
• Language(s):
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, as the role involves communication with internal/client stakeholders and candidates.

  • Ability to communicate in additional languages, such as Bahasa Indonesia, is advantageous, as the role may support recruitment activities and stakeholder engagement across the Asia Pacific region.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with some flexibility required to support regional and global stakeholders across time zones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using appropriate channels such as job boards, online platforms, and local networks
• Screen candidates based on job-related criteria and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Track and manage recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems
• Deliver recruitment outcomes in line with agreed timelines and quality standards
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more, to effectively manage end-to-end hiring processes independently.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and problem-solving

Additional Information (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Experience recruiting for operations, manufacturing, or high-volume roles
• Exposure to recruitment in multiple locations or regional environments
• Familiarity with recruitment practices in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Ability to communicate in additional languages relevant to business needs
