First Shift (United States of America)We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter (Temporary/Non-benefitted - 5 months, Full-Time) to join our team during an important period of transition. In this role, you’ll help ensure our hiring and onboarding processes continue to run smoothly during this project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives in high-volume recruiting, and wants to make a real impact by helping people start their careers in a mission-driven organization. Starting salary is $63,180.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play an essential role in keeping our recruitment and onboarding efforts moving forward. Your work will help ensure candidates have a positive experience from application to first day.
In this role, you will:
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing and reviewing candidates
• Keep job postings active, accurate, and up to date
• Help maintain and grow relationships with campus pipelines and student candidates
• Manage key onboarding steps such as background checks and drug screenings
• Assist with student onboarding and entry processes as needed
• Provide support across recruiting and HR operations during system testing and transition work
• Help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers

Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
• High school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience

Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
