Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement
• 
  Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• 
  Review resumes and match candidates to open job opportunities
• 
  Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and screening
• 
  Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 
  2–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
• 
  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• 
  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• 
  Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
• 
  Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
• 
  Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• 
  Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
• 
  Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• 
  Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
