As a recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, your role will be to provide an outstanding recruitment service; one which is flexible, swift, focused on business needs, and delivered with passion, drive, and innovation.

The Role:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand key requirements
• Actively sourcing and engaging top talent to Doncasters
• Managing candidate communications to enable the candidate experience
• Supporting and managing recruitment campaigns to ensure we are attracting the very best talent to Doncasters
• Supporting in the embedding and enablement of candidates’ assessments to reduce risk within the recruitment process
• Leading on early career initiatives from engaging with centers of education to scheduling and attending campus/school events
• Managing recruitment applicant systems

Qualifications:

In order to succeed in this role you'll need a clear passion for Talent Acquisition! Whether you are sourcing the right candidate or developing Talent internally this will need to be your passion.

Experience in managing recruitment administration and a skill for direct sourcing and creating an excellent candidate journey.

You will need to be extremely organized to flex between working on global projects and supporting on-site initiatives to ensure there is a pipeline of strong talent ready to join Doncasters.

You will be a confident business partner experienced in establishing strong working relationships and engagement of stakeholders is key to the role. Ideally, you will have worked in a large matrix organization, with experience of using an applicant tracking system.
