Sparks Wiz Limited is a leading technology
consulting firm, We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us attract
and hire top talent for our growing company. You will be responsible for
managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening
candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events

- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions

- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate information

- Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment process

- Preforms E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and reviews documents for validity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Passion for finding the best talent and building a strong team
