While this role can be performed remotely, preference will be given to candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity and spend time onsite at our Dane County facilities to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and coworkers.

What You’ll Do

As our Recruiter, you’ll serve as our recruitment expert, with a strong focus on hiring high-performing Sales professionals while also supporting broader organizational hiring needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
• Build and maintain strong recruitment networks and advertising partnerships
• Identify creative ways to position Demco as an employer of choice through social media, professional associations, and community engagement
• Support Affirmative Action recruitment efforts, including veteran and disability outreach
• Lead best-practice recruitment processes for Inside and Outside Sales roles
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and candidate profiles
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of future Sales talent

Position requirements:

• 4+ years of HR recruiting experience with strong focus on inside and outside Sales across the US
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and recruitment networks
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and labor market trends, including compensation trends for Sales professionals
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through networking and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A consultative approach when partnering with hiring leaders
• Experience with HRIS and ATS

Work Location:

• Hybrid preferred: onsite several days per week at our Dane County (Madison / DeForest) facilities
• Remote candidates will be considered
• Occasional travel may be required for networking events, job fairs, or candidate meetings
