About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, a proven track record of successful placements across various industries, and expertise in using modern tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven automation.
This role is remote, but you will work closely with international clients in markets including New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for industries including:
• IT
• Sales
• Recruitment
• Construction and Engineering
• Healthcare
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent.
• Manage and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize recruitment tools, automation, and AI technologies to improve efficiency and results (experience with these tools is an advantage).
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment milestones, from sourcing to placement.
Qualifications and Skills
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a background in RPO or recruitment firms.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various levels and industries.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles.
• Experience recruiting in industries such as IT, Sales, Rec2Rec, Construction, Engineering, and Healthcare.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI in recruitment (an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions.
