We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s growing team. This role requires hands-on recruitment experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and close collaboration with hiring managers across regions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, with full hands-on ownership
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and additional channels
Work closely with hiring managers, managing roles remotely and across multiple time zones
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide relevant market insights
Take an active part in the onboarding process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support and promote employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment – required
Proven experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams – required
Background in a recruitment agency or a dynamic, fast-paced company – required
Strong sourcing capabilities – required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
Experience recruiting for US and/or EU markets – a strong advantage
Experience recruiting for Marketing roles (e.g., PPC, SEO, Performance, Creative) – an advantage
Experience in the Marketing / Advertising industry – an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field – preferred
Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player
