Full-Time Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and staffing. They will be highly motivated, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position will be based in our Delhi office.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Negotiate compensation and benefits packages
• Onboard new employees and provide them with training and support
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Track and report on hiring metrics
• Willing to work in Eastern Time Zone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing
• Strong knowledge of the recruiting process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
