Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our Taiwan HR team on a 1-year contract.

In this role, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to support hiring across technical and engineering functions. You will play a key role in attracting talent, building candidate pipelines, and helping the business achieve its growth objectives in a highly competitive talent market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging talent, and owning the recruitment process while gaining exposure to semiconductor, AI, and data center-related hiring in a global company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate follow-up.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand hiring priorities, talent needs, and role requirements.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and engineering positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment, presenting qualified candidates and market insights to Hiring Managers.
• Stay informed on talent market trends, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring activities to support effective recruiting strategies.
• Provide timely updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and hiring challenges.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professional and responsive communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
• Experience managing recruitment activities independently and handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of the Taiwan talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and candidates.
• Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or semiconductor-related positions is a plus.
