Gardens Gymnastics is looking for a highly energetic, responsible individual who would love to teach recreational gymnastics to children ages 3-10 years. Gymnastics or Tumbling experience is a must. As a gymnastics coach, you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching skills to students using our class guidelines. You will work to help build confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities and always try thier best! You will communicate with students and fellow staff members as well as someone who welcomes feedback and wants to continuously learn!

We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a full to part-time position that requires morning & afternoon and weekend shifts.

• Maintain a safe & clean environment.
• Love and respect students while teaching them in a positive environment.
• Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs & abilities of each student.
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift.

Qualifications:

• Gymnastics, Tumbling, Cheer or Dance Experience
• Caring and compassion for children and adults
• Ability to work for periods of up to 5 hours
• Strong communication skills
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Commit to the summer of 2024 or a year-round employment : afternoons and weekends required
