AYANA Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at AYANA Komodo. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with a strong background in fitness and recreation, who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

• Manage Recreation team and daily operations
• Oversee activities (gym, boxing, swimming classes)
• Ensure SOP compliance, guest safety, and satisfaction
• Train and supervise team members
• Handle guest feedback professionally
• Maintain facilities and support new program development

Requirements

• Proficient in gym instruction and fitness training.
• Certified or experienced in teaching yoga.
• Skilled in boxing techniques and coaching.
• Competent swimmer with strong aquatic skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Lifeguard certification is an advantage.
