Castle Hill Inn is looking for Recreation Staff to join the team.
Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position:  In the Recreation Staff role, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing guest activity on Castle Hill Inn's private beach.
About You: You have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Duties:
- Execute a timely daily setup and breakdown of beach umbrellas, loungers, and towels to precise standards
- Assist guests on the beach with placing and delivering food & beverage orders
- Schedule maintenance of items used by Recreation Department- Bikes, Fishing Poles, etc.
- Assist with maintenance of trails on Castle Hill Property
- Lead guest activities- Nightly Fireside Gathering, Daily Beach Service
- Maintain Castle Hill Beach in season
- Ensure par inventory of items utilized by the Recreation Department
- Participate in the arrival process of guests to the Castle Hill property in conjunction with the Valet and Bell Services areas

Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience a plus but not required
- Experience in a luxury hospitality setting a plus but not required

- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
