Summary

The Ticket Operations Lead will assist the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations with the management and supervision of all ticket operation functions including mobile ticketing, staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing for Goodyear Ballpark-Spring Training.

This position requires a minimum of two years of experience on the Tickets.com platform, including the ProVenue ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) seasons in a ticket services/operations position for a professional sports facility. Experience should include intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs, as well as the Tickets.com ticketing programs. Ideal candidate will possess a great attitude, the ability to deal with all types of personalities, the ability to train and motivate a team and excellent attention to detail.
