  • A full-time, paid, 12-week internship with consecutive participation expected throughout the program
  • A schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations
  • An experiential project designed to connect your academic learning objectives with practical experience in recreation and tourism

What You Bring

  • An outgoing, engaging presence and genuine enthusiasm for creating experiences that guests and members will remember
  • Confidence to step into the spotlight, engage a crowd, facilitate activities, and bring energy and personality to every interaction
  • Polished communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with guests, members, associates, and cross-functional teams
  • Quick thinking, adaptability, and composure when plans change, unexpected situations arise, or the pace intensifies
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn across recreation, entertainment, hospitality, and event programming while contributing wherever guest and business needs are greatest
  • A genuine desire to turn your education into meaningful, real-world experience and build a foundation for a career in recreation, tourism, or hospitality

Qualifications
