Be Part of What Makes Auburn Hills More Than Just a Golf Course!
Every great golf experience starts with a great team. As a Recreation Aide 1, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and well-run environment for golfers, families, and guests at Auburn Hills Golf Course. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of the daily operations of a busy golf facility, where every day can bring new customers, activities, and experiences.
This is entry-level seasonal or limited part-time public contact work supporting a variety of golf course operations. Depending on assignment, employees may work in the pro shop, outside golf services, food and beverage operations, recreational activities, or other areas of the facility. Employees may assist customers, handle transactions, prepare and serve food, maintain supplies and equipment, support activities, and help ensure facilities are clean, organized, and ready for use.
The position offers the opportunity to develop valuable customer service, communication, teamwork, cash-handling, and operational skills while contributing directly to the experience of Auburn Hills customers and guests. Employees should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and adapting to changing work assignments, customer needs, and weather conditions.
The day and hours for this position varies. Work schedules vary based on operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other nontraditional hours.
