CommQuest is seeking Full-Time, Part-time, and PRN (on-call) Recovery Support Specialist to work at our residential and detox facilities in Massillon, Ohio. The Recovery Support Specialist provides direct supervision and support to residents in a residential treatment setting to ensure a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment. This role supports clinical programming by monitoring client behavior, promoting accountability, facilitating daily activities, and ensuring compliance with program rules and safety standards. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the security, structure, and therapeutic integrity of the residential program.

Shifts available:
We have Full-time, 12 hour shifts, and Part-time shifts available. Shifts schedules are from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Shift differential for midnight shifts! Sign-on bonus available up to $600 (conditions apply).
PRN (on-call) consists of a minimum of of 4 shifts per month as needed for days, afternoons, midnights and/or weekends. There is a shift differential for midnight shifts!
