Responsibilities include initial and ongoing assessment, individualized recovery planning, and collaborative work with other providers and discharge planning. Ability to provide person centered individual, group and family interventions. Work with and engage an SMI population with multiple problems -- encouraging wellness and recovery. Flexible, problem solving oriented.

Prior work with the psychiatric, MI/MR, co-occurring or other disabled populations for a minimum of 1 year after receiving licensure.
Be able to participate in psychiatric and medical emergencies.
Be able to lift books, materials 5-10 lbs.
Lift, bend, ambulate as necessary to work at desk and facilitate groups.
Education Requirements: Master's degree required; Professional licensure required;
Valid driver's license in good standing preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
