
Under the supervision of the Supportive Housing Manager, the Case Manager provides case management and crisis intervention services to residents of the Recovery House program using a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. This role supports formerly homeless individuals in maintaining stable housing, strengthening recovery, and achieving greater independence while fostering a positive and supportive residential community.
Using a strengths-based, harm-reduction approach, the Case Manager helps residents navigate challenges, build resilience, and work toward individualized goals. The position collaborates with residents, service providers, and community partners to coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services that promote housing stability, recovery, and successful community integration.
