About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi

We’re growing and looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinators to join our team. You’ll be the key contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, helping them return to independence through tailored support and coordination.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients, collaborating with providers, employers, and community networks to remove barriers and facilitate recovery. There are also opportunities to specialise—for example, our Level 1 Integrated Recovery team supports clients who have been unemployed for long periods, aiming for positive rehabilitation outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing | Āu mahi matua

  • Build strong relationships with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
  • Communicate via phone, email, and occasionally in person
  • Develop and manage personalised rehabilitation plans
  • Help clients make meaningful progress toward their recovery goals

About You | Mōu

  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex info clearly and empathetically
  • A curious mindset – keen to learn and apply legislation and technical details
  • Adaptability and time management – able to adjust plans to meet client needs
  • Personal resilience – able to support clients through tough times
  • A clean NZ driver’s licence – for occasional travel

Experience in case management or the public sector is a bonus, but not essential.

What You Can Expect | Ngā Kawatau

  • $70,000 starting salary + 9% superannuation

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
