
About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We’re growing and looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinators to join our team. You’ll be the key contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges, helping them return to independence through tailored support and coordination.
You’ll work 1:1 with clients, collaborating with providers, employers, and community networks to remove barriers and facilitate recovery. There are also opportunities to specialise—for example, our Level 1 Integrated Recovery team supports clients who have been unemployed for long periods, aiming for positive rehabilitation outcomes.

About You | Mōu
You might be an experienced administrator or come from a customer-focused background. We welcome applicants from all walks of life and encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement.

Experience in case management or the public sector is a bonus, but not essential.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
