We're looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our Kirkgate Active Team, supporting adults receiving treatment for opiate use.
This is an opportunity to work with people throughout their recovery journey, building meaningful therapeutic relationships and helping individuals achieve lasting, positive change.
Based at our Armly Court site, you'll become part of a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality treatment and recovery support to people with complex needs. Every day brings new challenges, rewarding conversations and the opportunity to help people move towards healthier, safer and more independent lives.
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated and passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful change.
You'll ideally have experience managing a caseload within health, social care or substance use services, alongside knowledge or experience of supporting people affected by alcohol and/or drug use, particularly opiate dependence.
You'll also bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience supporting people with complex needs and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
