Apoyar en la recuperación para cumplir y optimizar las operaciones de recuperación. Esforzarse por crear una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes, de modo que regresen y sigan comprando con nosotros a lo largo del tiempo. Utilizar las herramientas de IKEA y la experiencia de mis colegas para apoyar el logro de estos objetivos.
• Apoyar en la gestión y administración de productos devueltos y dañados, con el objetivo de minimizar las pérdidas y maximizar las ganancias.
• Realizar trabajos de captura de datos en MVBC, documentando los productos devueltos y dañados.
• Esforzarse por minimizar la pérdida financiera de los productos dañados en tienda y maximizar la recuperación financiera mediante el reempaque y la devolución de mercancía al inventario, o bien ensamblar, etiquetar y vender los productos en el área de As-Is.
• Asistir al área de CR, CCC en la búsqueda de piezas de reemplazo o piezas faltantes.
• Reempacar productos destinados a Back-To-Stock (BTS).
