Hinkley Point C is the UK’s first new build nuclear power station in a generation that is critical to the UK NetZero targets.

Accountabilities:


Reporting to the LTQR Manager, this is a key role that supports Dalkia in delivering project completion and handover requirements with a focus on project information management. This includes ensuring project documentation is maintained with full traceability and control throughout the project life cycle and beyond.
The role also encompasses supporting the structured handover of work packages, ensuring that LTQRs and associated documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with contract requirements, enabling smooth progression into End of Erection Status Reports and final client acceptance.


Key Responsibilities:


• Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements.
• Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
• Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager.
• Assist production of LTQR handover packs including EESRS and associated sub packages.
• Assist Area Quality Leads to ensure appropriate LTQR's are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
• Review LTQR's for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports.
• Coordinate with Package Delivery and Quality Leads to track, verify, and complete documentation for each work package prior to handover.
• Ensure each work package contains the full suite of LTQR deliverable documentation, including inspection records, material traceability, test reports, and configuration control evidence.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or non compliant records early and drive resolution before package acceptance.
• Support the preparation of structured, audit-ready handover packs aligned with contractual and regulatory expectations.
• Assist in the final submission and sign off process for work package documentation to ensure readiness for integration into lifetime records


Minimum Qualifications/ Experience


• Qualifications in an Engineering/or Computer discipline, ONC / HNC / HND (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.


Additional Qualifications/ Experience: (Preferred but not essential)


• Major Project Experience,
• Nuclear Experience beneficial
• Knowledge of ISO9001
• Experience in Document Control
