Responsible for the maintenance of trainee records and provides reports in accordance with Department of Labor rules and regulations and Career Systems Development policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Requirements
Minimum High school graduate or equivalent. Two years related experience to include exposure to record keeping, data entry, etc.
Preferred Advanced business college coursework.
Knowledge Ability to proficiently operate a personal computer. Working knowledge of word processing and math spreadsheet software applications. Good organization skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Aptitude for mathematical computation. Thorough knowledge of office procedures; ability to perform without immediate and constant supervision. Ability to proofread and correct grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. Must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
