Are you a records guru? We’re looking for a records specialist to support the organization by collecting strategic information, performing data analysis, reconciling data, and creating custom reports for our asset records.
This is a benefit eligible, fixed term role that will last up to 18 months.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your associate degree with an emphasis in a technical area and/or relevant equivalent training and work experience to support ATC in three key areas:
Process Data Management
Drawing Administration
Record Management
In addition, your two plus years of experience providing administrative support in an engineering office environment and familiarity with drawings, drawing management systems and CADD software will allow you to manage and maintain the flow of documents within project teams and create custom reports.

The targeted base pay for this position is $27.80 to $32.43 per hour.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more
