Key Responsibilities The Correctional Health Services (CHS) Administrative Team is looking for a Correctional Health Services Records Manager who is a detail-oriented, customer service-focused, and driven employee wanting to work in a great environment. In this role, you will manage by planning, directing, and evaluating new or ongoing health information and medical records programs for CHS clinical providers and their patients. You will perform a variety of moderately complex administrative duties focused on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and secure management of inmate electronic health records. Additionally, this leadership position involves supervising a dedicated team of archivists in their daily records management operations, as well as overseeing and processing Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) requests to ensure the department maintains strict adherence to state records laws and healthcare confidentiality standards.
