
St. Mary's College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary's city is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Records Management Specialist. As a key member of the Office of the Registrar, the Records Management Specialist provides critical analytical support and data review during our ongoing transition to a new student information system (SIS). Key responsibilities include managing academic data clean-up in Anthology, training and supporting academic staff on SIS data and the Stellic platform, and overseeing the annual update of the college catalog via Modern Campus. Additionally, this role assists with degree certifications, class scheduling, and daily office operations—such as processing transcripts, entering grades, updating course offerings, and managing administrative forms. The salary range for this position is $49,000 to $51,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
