
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be in a possession of Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate and Computer
Literacy Certificate and/or Certificate in Basic Archives and Records Management. No
experience required, exposure in records management will be added as advantage.
Knowledge of the implementation of the file plan, digitizing, registry duties and manual
file indexing. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing
Public Service.
DUTIES:
Open volumes of files and re-structure contents.
Classification and indexing of official records.
Digitization of paper-based records.
Updating of inventories of records.
Link electronic records with identifiers on the inventory.
Provide registry counter services.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
