In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering records and information management governance, process optimisation and quality assurance, this role supports Transport for NSW to achieve consistent, compliant and high quality recordkeeping outcomes.
This role will see you provide expert advice on records and information management processes, develop and maintain quality assurance frameworks, and design and document processes that support consistency, integrity and continuous improvement. You will work closely with systems specialists, governance teams and business stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend improvements and strengthen organisational capability, while continuing to build your expertise in process improvement, records integrity and assurance. You will support the teams in getting the best quality outcomes from various audits and help design appropriate action plans.
You will lead and embed improved records and information management processes to drive greater consistency, efficiency and integrity in a large, complex organisation with evolving technologies, compliance obligations and competing operational priorities. You will ensure that there are clear processes laid out and those are adhered to.

About you
Your strong analytical, process design and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across records and information management, quality assurance, governance, compliance or business process improvement environments, will see you excel in analysing and improving processes, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and translating best practice into practical solutions that lead to improved compliance, stronger records integrity and sustainable organisational outcomes.
You’re recognised as a records and process specialist, skilled at designing, documenting and improving business processes, and experienced in working collaboratively across complex organisations to drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement.
