The US PwC Ethics & Compliance team is looking for a full-time resource to supportthe Records & Information Management team(RIM)team withinEthics & ComplianceThe intent is for the resource toserve as the lead Business Analyst, taking on a range of responsibilities with minimal supervision and working directly with key members of stakeholder groups.
ThiscriticalrolewillsupporttheRIMteamandits compliance programs,includingthe followingkey responsibilities
Providing support and addressing inquiries throughout the records review process for Partners and ManagingDirectors
Reviewing recordsretentionexception requests with Risk & Independence (R&I) representatives acrosstheLines of Service (LoS)
Collaborating with stakeholders to create andmaintainretention schedulestailored to specificLoSandBusiness Services (BSV)groups.
Working with Acceleration Center (AC) stakeholders on updating RIM policyand retention schedules
Responding to variousRIMconsultation requests received via the mailbox
Driving continuous improvement, partnering withRIMData Analyst and/or othertechnology teams byidentifyingworkflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to the Records Review System (RRS)
Coordinatingwith responsible teams(e.g.dataproviders ofclient services’electronicand hardcopyrecords)toensure the prompt disposal of records and preparing reports on disposition progress
Managing RIM program-related documentation
The following capabilities and skills are considered desirable for this role within theRIMteam:
Background in Project Management Associate level and/or intermediate Business Analysis level.
Foundational understanding of business analysis and familiarity with Agile Scrum and/or other delivery methodologies such as Waterfall.
Working knowledge of businessprocessand/or workflow modeling
Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to solve problems and propose effective solutions
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
BasicfamiliaritywithMicrosoftTeams, SharePoint,PowerQueryandPowerBIwithwillingnesstolearnandapplyvisualizationtoolsasneeded
Understand the necessity for quality as a risk management issue
Adaptable andcollaborativemindset,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyinchangingenvironmentsandkeepleadersinformedofprogressandoutcomes
Ability to understand how what we do fits into the larger picture within E&C and the firm
Ability to clean and integrate data from a variety of sources
Manipulate and analyze data and information under the direction of team leaders
Ability toengage productively in a virtual work environment
Ability to liaise with staff outside of E&C, including legal areas
Capable ofproposingnew approachesthat enhance quality and productivity
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiencyin English, both written and verbal
At least 2 years of solid and relevant experience in PM or at least 3 years of solid and relevant experience in Business Analysis
