We are seeking a General Ledger & Financial Reporting Analyst to support finance and accounting operations within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

The position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with general ledger processes and financial close activities. The analyst will work as an individual contributor within a team environment, following established procedures and supporting continuous operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Execute account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in financial consolidation and reporting activities.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify variances and trends.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Maintain supporting documentation for accounting activities and audits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
  • Follow established controls, compliance requirements, and company policies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the finance operations function.

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations.
  • Experience supporting Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting and financial closing activities.
  • Experience performing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry processing.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Record-to-Report processes.
  • Experience in financial consolidation and close operations.
  • Understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
  • Experience analyzing financial data and reconciling transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Language

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
