This role is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing and building the Record to Report (RtR) function within our Shared Service Centre (The Hub), supporting the centralisation of finance activities and future automation and standardisation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end transition of Record-to-Report processes from Business Units into the Hub (transition planning, tracking, and execution)
  • Identify and implement automation and digitalisation opportunities in partnership with IT and Finance Transformation teams
  • Coordinate process mapping, and standardisation across markets
  • Conduct readiness assessments (people, process, systems, controls)
  • Coordinate and oversee knowledge transfer (KT) and documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of the RtR Hub team
  • Manage a controlled go-live and hypercare phase, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Oversee end-to-end RtR operations within the Shared Service Centre
  • Own and manage performance against key KPIs and SLAs
  • Promote standardization and simplification of RtR processes across markets
  • Build good relationships with global finance teams and senior stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted partner, aligning Hub delivery with business needs

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Master’s degree in accounting or other Finance related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Record-to-Report / GL / Financial Controlling
  • Fluency in both Polish and English language
  • At least 3 years in people management roles
  • Solid background in Shared Services / SSC / GBS environments
  • Direct transition / migration experience (essential)
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) – would be an additional asset
  • Exposure to SAP (S/4HANA) and finance transformation initiatives
