General Description
The purpose of this position is to conduct transactions with the public in matters requiring a detailed knowledge of rules, procedures, policies, precedents, and activities. Prepares and checks forms, records, reports, applications and other materials for accuracy, completeness, and conformity with established procedures. Makes routine follow-ups to secure required additional information. Maintains files where discretion is involved in assigning items to their proper place.
This job is performed under the general supervision of the Records/Civil Supervisor.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma and previous experience working with the public in a forward facing capacity
Physical Demands:
Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.
