- Experience in remodeling and construction projects
- Proficiency in the following areas:
-Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
- Trim carpentry
- Tile laying
- Door hanging
-Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
-Maintain clean and organized work areas
-Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
-Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
-Document work progress and materials used
Requirements:
- 4 years minimum experience in remodeling
-Valid driver's license -Strong work ethic-Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required
-Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer, crowbar, and power tools
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form-Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the client's specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
