all dealings with customers and clients alike. Manage the entire customer

Responsibilities:
● Be able to scope a reconstruction project and determine the amount of
material needed to complete the job
● Educate customers on process
● Identify and document project scope of work
● Maintain customer and client communications
● Review and understand repair estimates
● Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
● Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
● Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
Qualifications:
● Proficient in the following trades:
○ Installation of insulation, drywall and trim to include baseboard, door
casing etc.
○ Painting walls, ceiling and trim. Apply hand, knock-down and popcorn
textures
○ Installation of crawl space insulation
○ Ability to install LVP and tile flooring
○ Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
● Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
● Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
● Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
● Ability to lift 75 pounds if needed
● Being comfortable in tight spaces or areas
