QUICK OVERVIEW – TL;DR

WHO THRIVES HERE· You are a builder-operator: organized, decisive, and disciplined.· You are comfortable being 'salesy' in a professional way – you can guide customers, set expectations, and earn trust.· You protect margin without sacrificing quality.· You can manage multiple jobs at once without letting details fall through the cracks.

REQUIRED / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE· Required: Valid driver's license; strong construction project management fundamentals; comfort leading subs and managing schedules; strong customer communication.· Preferred: Reconstruction/restoration PM experience; experience with insurance-driven reconstruction; estimating familiarity (Xactimate/Symbility or similar); knowledge of NYC/Metro building environments; ability to manage higher-complexity commercial jobs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS · Competitive base salary ($65-85K) plus commissions/incentives tied to profit, production and overall performance. Total Compensation potential is $200K+. · Benefits package, including PTO, 401(k) with match, medical reimbursement, and training/development support.
