Rytech of Orlando is looking for an experienced Project Manager to run reconstruction projects across our Central Florida market, from simple residential scopes to larger commercial rebuilds. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who already has a book of business and established relationships with subcontractors and vendors. If you can take a job from estimate to final walkthrough, keep budgets and schedules on track, and communicate confidently with adjusters and clients along the way, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, each at different phases, from residential to commercial scope.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout.
  • Perform take-offs and build accurate project budgets and work orders.
  • Write and manage estimates in Xactimate; assist in reviewing scopes and revisions.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors from your own network to keep projects staffed and on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for adjusters and other POCs for estimate approval, scope changes, and progress updates.
  • Inspect job sites regularly and enforce quality control standards on every project.
  • Track project budgets against actuals and flag variances before they become problems.
  • Resolve field issues as they arise, including unknown conditions, change orders, and conflicts with customers, PMs, or vendors.
  • Deliver a customer experience that reflects well on Rytech of Orlando from first call to final walkthrough.
  • Keep job files documented and organized to support accurate billing and reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

  • An established book of business with existing subcontractor and vendor relationships in Central Florida.
  • Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, and running multiple jobs at once without losing detail.
  • Solid working knowledge of restoration reconstruction, from simple residential repairs to commercial builds.
  • Comfortable and confident communicating with adjusters and clients on scope and approvals.
  • Software competent, comfortable learning and working in project management and estimating platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize across competing project deadlines.
  • Strong customer service instincts and the ability to stay level-headed under pressure.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and on schedule.
  • Valid FL license and clean driving record

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience running reconstruction or construction projects, residential and/or commercial.
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate for estimates and supplements.
  • Familiarity with DASH preferred.
  • Experience with project budgeting, take-offs, and work order management.
  • Prior experience in restoration reconstruction strongly preferred

  • Bonus incentive program
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off
