Reconditioning Technician – Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Reconditioning Technician to support our growing used-vehicle and new-vehicle delivery operations.

This role focuses on inspecting, reconditioning, and preparing vehicles to frontline-ready standards, ensuring every vehicle is safe, clean, and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform used-vehicle reconditioning to dealership standards

• Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections on new vehicles

• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs

• Install OEM and aftermarket accessories

• Road test vehicles and document findings accurately

• Work with Service, Sales, and Parts teams to maintain inventory flow

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle inspections or light repair is an asset (training available)

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively
