Compensation:
- Starting range of $70,000 per year
Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- Monday to Friday only
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Recon Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Be the liaison between the shop and sales to make sure we are selling an exceptionally safe and high-quality vehicle
- Inspect vehicles in accordance with Company standards
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic, or safety concerns
- Inspect new arrivals/ new trade-ins
- Meet multiple times throughout the day with the General Manager and Service Department regarding approvals and reconditioning
Preferred

Experience:
To be successful in this role having one of these or similar roles would be helpful:
- Automotive Appraiser
- Car Inspector
- Lease inspector
- Used Car Manager
- Or other similar roles

Physical Expectations:
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Regularly bending or stooping to inspect vehicles from various angles, particularly underneath or inside. Crouching might be needed to inspect tires, undercarriages, or hard-to-reach areas.
- Ability to occasionally lift (10-50 lbs.)
- Manual Dexterity to use a computer, phone, or other office equipment efficiently.
- Occasionally climbing and reaching to inspect high areas, such as the roof of a vehicle or high storage shelves.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Visual Acuity to be able to inspect vehicles.
- Clear communication with team members, vendors, and possibly customers.

Work Environment
- Frequently in and out of vehicles onsite
- Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
